The way MyGreenFleet customers buy green parts from SYNETIQ is changing. This does not affect any orders that are outstanding – keep reading to learn more.

What’s changing?

Nothing, except for the way you place your green parts orders. You will no longer use MyGreenFleet to place orders for green parts. Instead, you will order through MyGreenParts. You still get priority access to BS10125 standard green parts, with an extended warranty and flexible delivery options.

Credit account facilities remain in place.

Why we’re migrating users to MyGreenParts

Put simply, our MyGreenParts platform can offer you a better service that you can pass on to your own customers, reducing key to key time by sourcing parts and delivering them to you faster.

On MyGreenParts, you no longer need to raise requests manually. Thanks to smart integration with Audatex, our system will intercept your estimate and send you an itemised quote with matching green parts from SYNETIQ. You will receive your quote within 1 hour.

What you need to do

MyGreenFleet will be disabled. To make sure you can still order high-quality, cost-effective green parts, all you need to do is:

  1. Download and complete the Audaconnect Authorisation Form and send it to MGP@synetiq.co.uk. Don’t forget to include any additional email addresses for people who also require access to the portal.
