From this date, our parts counters will no longer accept walk-in orders. 

To buy parts, please place your order through our website for collection at your local SYNETIQ site.  

How to order from our website

  1. Go to www.synetiq.co.uk/parts-breaking
  2. Search for parts by registration number, make and model or part number
  3. Add the part to your basket and double check it is located at a site you can collect it from
  4. Place your order for collection
  5. Bring your order confirmation to our parts counter to collect your order 

Need to return a part? No problem 

If you are not happy with your order, you can return your part to us. Just visit the collection counter at your local SYNETIQ site to return it.
