Wheels & Tyres Sales Supervisor
Overall, Purpose of Role:
To supervise both the operational and sales aspect within the wheels and tyres department. The role is responsible for driving sales performance, supporting the team, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately and within agreed service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure clients and customer orders are processed in line with SLA’s
- Ensure quality checking is conducted throughout the areas of responsibility
- Facilitate a morning brief with the team
- Assist the line manager in all areas of responsibility
- Ensure that all paperwork necessary within this role is completed in a timely and effective manner
- Supervise employees to ensure daily tasks are achieved
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
- Drive sales of wheels, tyres through customer engagement and maximise opportunities
- Ensure wheels and tyres are available for sale through operational processes
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve results
- Support operatives with the workflow of refurbished wheels
- Ensure wheels inspection equipment (Veescan) isused and documented for designated key clients.
Other General Responsibilities
- Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and within agreed Service Level Agreements
- Oversee daily department workflow to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Support the Sales Manager in delivering departmental objectives.

- Do everything you can to reduce energy consumption and promote sustainability values

Skills & Experience
- Good communication skills
- Organized and Timely
- Experience of working in a similar environment
Sales experience
Knowledge
- Knowledge of car jacking points and how to remove and refit tyres and wheels
- Good knowledge of health and safety regulations
Personal Qualities
- Ability to visually identify common faults
- Lift and handle heavy weights in a safe manner
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Work as part of a team and on own initiative
- Being able to work under pressure in a calm manner
