With this in mind, we are currently recruiting a Customer Services Advisor at our Doncaster site in Adwick.

What’s the role?

The main purpose of the role is to assist our customers with any queries and needs through our online chat and email.

What responsibilities will you have?

  • Assisting customers with any queries, via online live chat and email.
  • Prioritising, and following up customer queries and requests.
  • Documenting and filing relevant vehicle information
  • Use of the computer, inhouse system, Outlook, Word, and Zendesk online chat systems.
  • Checking/confirming payments made for purchases and online account subscriptions.

What kind of person would be suited?

  • Knowledge of online chat programme/s preferred but not essential as full on the job training will be given
  • Previous customer services experience
  • Work well on your own initiative and as part of a busy team
  • Effective communication skills with all stakeholders and our diverse customer base
  • You will need to be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and multi task methodically
  • You will be computer literate and be able to adapt to using our bespoke software

Salary dependent on experience, hours of work full time Monday to Friday.
