IAA are looking for a full time Call Centre Administrator to work within their Head Office located on the Charfleets Industrial Estate, Canvey Island, Essex.

Reporting to the Administration Team Leader they will be part of a fast-paced environment working within a team that are responsible for answering phone calls and to complete the associated administration tasks. They will also be expected to provide the highest quality service to our customers and to sustain the efficiency of the day to day operations process of the department.

Duties will include:

·A combination of administration takes and taking a vast amount of inbound calls

·General customer service

Key Skills Required:

·Knowledge and experience of using Outlook and general Microsoft platforms

·Ideally previous experience with customer services and excellent telephone manner

·Attention to detail
