Parts Collection Advisor

As a Parts Collections Advisor, you will play a crucial role in coordinating day-to-day customer parts collections. Your responsibilities will include checking and prioritising all orders, ensuring the quality of all parts meets our high standards, and preparing them for collection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome all customers collecting parts in an efficient and friendly way

• Take customer details and sales ID to track their order

• Locate the item (s) from relevant shelf location

• Quality check item is sold as advertised, escalating any issues where required

• Update any relevant systems to confirm part collected and to confirm for stock control has now exited the business, taking any imagery of parts where required

• Liaise with customers on any parts not yet collected within certain timeframes in line with agreed process

• Keep customer collections area front office and back office clean and tidy with all items stored in an orderly manner

• Support the Quality Check process as and when required

• Steer any customer queries to the appropriate channels e.g. Ecommerce, MGF, Ebay etc.

• Handle any returns in line with the Returns Policy and Procedures
